There’s a lot of people ready to help if you’re ready to ask. A lot of the time it might be easier to speak to someone you don’t know, or to stay anonymous. When it comes to mental health issues, we suggest that you seek help from a mental health professional, and to talk to your doctor. Yet, there’s nothing wrong with talking to someone who is prepared to listen right now.
